You can grab the  Mac version or Windows version of Scrivener, just follow these steps:
  • This is the most current Scrivener coupon code: WORDSWITHJAM  (This code is still valid as of  Saturday, August 3rd, 2019)
  • Highlight the discount code, right click and copy. You'll be able to lick the link and add a coupon at final checkout.
  • You must go here for the Scrivener Mac OS X version and paste your coupon code.
  • You must go here for the Scrivener Windows version and paste your coupon code.
If you successfully completed NaNoWriMo you may have a 50% Scrivener Coupon Code.

    Hey thanks for this! I participated in NaNoWriMo last year and tried out Schrivener. I loved the product, but life happened and I wasn't able to finish. Months later, I decided to buy the product and try again, but was sad to see that the 20% code no longer worked. A quick google search brought me here to the answer! Thank you so much!

    Thanks for posing the Scrivener discount code. I've been running the trial against several Mac based writing programs (I do IT support) and I've recommended Scrivener to a number of my clients.     Has any one checked out yWriter5 at spacejock website created by simon hayes? It's free and works very good. No pictures but a lot of good features.

    Yes Michael, I actually used yWriter for almost a year and a half before Scrivener was released for Windows. It is a great piece of software and free! I personally prefer Scrivener as it has more robust features and options than yWriter. This said, I can't knock yWriter. Simon Hayes is a great contributor to the writer's community.

    Zoe, I have also tried yWriter quite extensively. Scrivener and yWriter are actually very similar in their approach. Scrivener just has more bells and whistles. yWriter is worth a try if you are looking for a free alternative. Both are excellent for any fiction writer!
