The Temper of Stars

The Temper of Stars will be releasing next week! Make sure to grab your copy!

In a world where the sun is a dying candle, silence is the ultimate predator. Elara is a smith, her life defined by the rhythmic song of the hammer and the comforting glow of the forge. But when the Great Rift tears the sky asunder, bringing with it a violet frost that turns flesh to stone, the warmth of the hearth is no longer enough. To save her village, Elara must claim the Hollow Iron—a cursed blade that drinks the heat of its wielder to strike back at the cold. As the iron scales creep across her skin and her memories of warmth begin to fade, she must trek into the heart of the "Great Silence" to confront the Grand Architect. She was born to shape metal. Now, she must decide if she is willing to be the fuel that keeps the world from freezing forever.

Final Cockpit setup for Elite Dangerous

Iv'e been working for years trying to figure out the best set up for my Elite Dangerous Cockpit.  The setup for my Elite Dangerous is the right combination of apps, software and hardware.  I think I can finally do ED right!

Since it was asked on reddit here is the setup I'm using

The smallest screen is a cheap touchscreen monitor off of amazon and it has Icarus Terminal running on it (that's also the 2 screens on the right main monitor. This monitor is plugged into the computer and you just set it up as a 4th monitor (think I had to google how to make it touch too) in windows, then drag the app/window you want onto it like any other monitor.

The larger of the 2 bottom right monitors is my wife's old Microsoft Surface and it's running an ED CoPilot screen using ED CopTER to run the window in a browser making the touchscreen more responsive. This one I just run the ED CoPilot and EDCopTER on main computer. The open browser on laptop and type in the IP address that EDCopTER gives you (usually 192.xxx.x.xx:yyyy)

Left main monitor is Inara and EDMC.

Middle is the game with EDMC ModernOverlay running on it.

HoTaS are X-56, which I've had for years and love, so many hats, buttons and switches I rarely touch the keyboard.

And I used these mounts for the HoTaS, which work great.
